Bio
Lydia Poulin
Hi Everyone! My name is Lydia-- I am a 21-year-old West Hartford native and Division I student-athlete. I graduated from Miss Porter's School in Farmington, CT, and went on to compete at the collegiate level at the University of New Hampshire and Boston College, earning All-Rookie honors and gaining extensive game experience across multiple positions, including forward, center back, and outside back.
During the summer, I compete with Hartford Athletic, a pre-professional women's team that allows me to continue training and playing at an elite level.
I am currently studying psychology, and I bring my education into my training with not only skill development, but also building confidence, mental toughness, and the ability to overcome challenges and setbacks-- helping younger players reach their full potential both on and off the field. In addition to field training, I also provide online mentoring where I help players navigate the recruiting process, strengthen their mental game, and build confidence throughout their athletic journey.
Sessions will be located at local turf fields, location can be flexible if there is a preferred meeting point.
I am back in CT until I go back to school for preseason in the beginning of July, so don't wait to book your sessions!
